About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and unblocking challenges.
• Work hands-on developing new products, creating new features, and ensuring stability.
• Serve as point of contact for upper management, interacting with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs.
• Establish and document best practices as well as transferring knowledge to teams across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence.
• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering.
• 1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Solid background in software development.
• Experience with LLMs & Generative AI.
• Leadership experience.
• Advanced level of English.
