About the Role

Artificial Intelligence Tech Lead at WinDifferent, a role focused on leading the AI team, creating new AI-related products, and driving innovative efforts forward within the BairesDev Group. The position involves supervising, mentoring, developing products, establishing best practices, and interacting with stakeholders to prioritize needs. This is a remote, leadership role aimed at scaling AI products and fostering a diverse, multicultural work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and unblocking challenges.
Work hands-on developing new products, creating new features, and ensuring stability.
Serve as point of contact for upper management, interacting with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs.
Establish and document best practices as well as transferring knowledge to teams across the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence.
4+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering.
1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Solid background in software development.
Experience with LLMs & Generative AI.
Leadership experience.
Advanced level of English.
