About the Role

Assistant Vice President- Solution Architect, Supply Chain Consulting at Genpact is a leadership role focused on designing, developing, and supporting supply chain solutions for clients. The role involves working externally with clients to identify their operational challenges and internally with colleagues to deliver technology-enabled business transformations, primarily using Kinaxis Rapid Response. The position is part of a fast-moving, tech-driven environment that leverages AI, automation, and digital innovation to help global enterprises work smarter, grow faster, and transform at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the connection between clients' strategic business leaders and technical teams by clearly communicating business functional issues.
  • Advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and supporting technologies and conduct business processes and requirements analysis.
  • Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
  • Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.
  • Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans.
  • Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience developing, supporting or implementing Rapid Response.
  • Experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration.
  • Exceptional drive, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of client focus.
  • Good work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent work experience.
