About the Role

The Associate Brand Manager will lead end-to-end demand generation for Lip & Skincare products in the US and Canada, focusing on media, social, shopper marketing, and e-commerce. The role involves supporting marketing and media plans for beauty brands, coordinating with cross-functional teams and agencies, and managing campaign performance and in-store execution. The position is based in Hoboken, NJ, on a contract basis for 9 months with potential extension, offering full-time hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute marketing and media plans for beauty brands, including campaign planning, influencer programs, and social-first content delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies for campaign briefs, content creation, and external partnerships.
Support POS and in-store execution, including visual asset development and retailer-specific activations such as Walmart displays.
Monitor campaign performance, gather insights (e.g., ROAS, UGC), and report to senior stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in social media, digital content, or influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social trends.
Comfortable working with creative teams, agencies, and content creators.
Strong eye for visual storytelling, reels, textures, and elevated aesthetic.
Ability to work independently with agencies and hold them accountable.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies for campaign execution and content creation.
