The Associate Brand Manager role involves executing key brand management initiatives, supporting new product innovation, and driving brand growth in alignment with the company's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports Director to execute innovation projects from ideation through commercialization, managing full product lifecycle development, in-market activities, and post-launch analysis.
  • Assists with the development of product positioning, consumer opportunity identification, creation of impactful sell stories, and execution of 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Develops a holistic view of macro trends, category, and competitive landscape insights to identify key opportunities for brand growth.
  • Creates, updates, and analyzes ongoing monthly brand health analysis, KPIs, and other ad hoc reports.
  • Identifies key business drivers and opportunities to drive brand growth on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads large cross-functional teams, manages timelines and milestones, and drives collaboration among teams.
  • Serves as a brand leader within the organization, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Supports marketing initiatives to help drive brand growth and manages channel portfolio strategies, including familiarity with the club channel (Costco, Sam's).
  • Creates a strong, team-oriented environment and leads initiatives that promote company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, with a B.A. preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods or food & beverage industry.
  • Experience in managing product innovation projects from ideation to post-launch analysis.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market, competitive, trend, and sales data using NIQ (Nielsen), Circana (IRI), or Numerator panel data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with strategic planning and tactical execution experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in working with others and presenting to leadership.
  • Understanding of P&Ls and financial impact analysis.
  • Familiarity with channel strategies, especially in the club channel including Costco and Sam's.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with consumer packaged goods or food & beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of channel portfolio management and product optimization strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 3 years experience in brand management.
