Key Responsibilities

  • Execute key brand management initiatives and support the new product innovation cycle.
  • Analyze brand and competitive data with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support Director in executing innovation projects from ideation through commercialization, including managing full product lifecycle development, in-market activities, and post-launch analysis.
  • Assist with development of positioning, consumer opportunity identification, creation of impactful sell stories, and execution of 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing Assistant on product launch requirements.
  • Develop a holistic view of macro trends, category, and competitive landscape insights to identify key opportunities for growth.
  • Synthesize market, competitive, trend, and sales data into actionable insights using NIQ (Nielsen), Circana (IRI), and Numerator panel data.
  • Create, update, and analyze ongoing monthly brand health metrics, KPIs, and ad hoc reports.
  • Identify key business drivers and opportunities to drive brand growth.
  • Lead large cross-functional teams, manage timelines and milestones, and foster collaboration within the organization.
  • Manage channel portfolio strategies, including familiarity with the club channel (Costco, Sam's).
  • Support marketing initiatives to help drive brand growth.
  • Create a strong, collaborative environment aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods or food & beverage industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in market, competitive, trend, and sales data analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with successful strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Strong understanding of P&Ls and financial impact analysis.
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in working with leadership.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel requirement of approximately 10% (domestic).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with channel strategy and product optimization in the club channel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 3 years experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods or food & beverage industry.
