The US Men's Shave Brand Marketing team is seeking a strategic and dynamic Associate Brand Manager to play a critical role in driving brand development, strategic initiatives, and growth for the Schick brand during a pivotal time in its journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the 4P strategy (product, price, promotion, place).
  • Assist in developing detailed marketing plans that deliver against brand financial objectives and P&L, including driving revenue growth, profit, and market share.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting by leveraging business performance insights.
  • Partner with Sales to develop compelling customer strategies that drive category growth.
  • Oversee brand budget tracking, collaborating with finance and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute brand activation plans in partnership with agencies and communications teams, from creative brief to execution.
  • Function as brand guardian ensuring all consumer communications and touchpoints align with brand positioning and strategy.
  • Assist in developing, executing, and managing promotional initiatives to drive sustainable growth in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance within the category to enable timely recommendations and decision making.
  • Work closely with Consumer Insights and Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness in partnership with agencies and marketing teams to ensure activations meet objectives and learnings are applied.
  • Become familiar with drivers of business/brand performance and serve as the go-to person for related questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years in strategic brand marketing, preferably at a CPG company.
  • Ability to be in office 2 days a week in Shelton, CT (preferred) or NYC locations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data and generate insights.
  • Experience leveraging POS data (IRI/Nielsen) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional complexity and operate in a matrix organization.

Nice to Have

  • MBA
  • Health and Beauty (HBA) or Personal Care industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's degree; an MBA is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary range of $96,000-144,000, with potential participation in incentive programs based on performance.
