Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for a given brand, ensuring successful and efficient implementation.
  • Support the development of tactics and execution of brand activations, including consumer promotion, social media, digital ecosystem management, and shopper programs.
  • Lead the analysis and measurement of performance, including market trends, category, brand, and execution metrics, to identify drivers and drainers for growth.
  • Assess marketing effectiveness and consumption growth by leading analysis and defining action plans.
  • Lead financial assessment, identify challenges, and develop plans to optimize profitability.
  • Partner closely with sales and trade marketing to ensure excellence in execution, develop pricing and distribution strategies, and manage trade promotions.
  • Support the development and lead cross-functional teams in executing strategies for creative messaging, communications, packaging, promotions, and operations.
  • Manage budgets to ensure efficient spending, drive forecast accuracy, and conduct financial analysis.
  • Initiate and manage market research projects to gather consumer and customer insights for long-term brand growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in a commercial subject; MBA is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience or MBA, with demonstrated outstanding marketing skills within a CPG or OTC environment.
  • Prior experience in related fields such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Advertising is a plus.
  • Financially and commercially astute with strong P&L skills.
  • Experience in marketing models beyond traditional TVC advertising, such as digital marketing, is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with Nielsen, concept validation tools, trade marketing, and business insights.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible, and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Ability to influence and work effectively within a matrixed organization and in a global environment.
  • Resilience and ability to handle ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing Expertise, E-commerce Platforms.
  • Knowledge of Social Media, Ecommerce data, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Experience in FMCG/Consumer Health.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience or MBA.
