Associate Director, Marketing (Enterprise Marketing Strategy)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project briefs to support the development of creative and messaging strategies for full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE to identify platform activation, media targets, and KPIs.
• Create and implement digital communications and marketing campaigns leveraging Sales Force Marketing Cloud, including asset creation, audience segmentation, measurement, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain a content calendar for the NYU Langone Media Network to ensure assets are current and relevant.
• Create and implement a style guide for communications and marketing assets within the NYU Langone Health Network in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the business goals of key clinical service areas and participate in strategic planning and department meetings.
• Act as a key partner to Relationship Leads within the Brand Experience Creative and Design COE, assisting in digital marketing strategy execution.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns incorporate all perspectives, align with strategic objectives, and maximize ROI.
• Work with the Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE to establish measurement strategies and KPIs, integrating metrics into decision-making.
• Coordinate with the Medical Center IT to initiate digital marketing campaigns using Sales Force Marketing Cloud and maximize the NYU Langone Media Network capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in a large, complex organization.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
• Fluency in advertising, branding, and marketing disciplines with knowledge of current digital marketing trends and healthcare best practices.
• Exceptional leadership skills demonstrating influence, motivation, and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and apply data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
