About the Role

CGI is seeking an AWS Full Stack Developer to join their team supporting large banking clients in a fast-paced, innovative, and agile environment. The role involves working on enterprise-level development efforts, leveraging emerging technologies, and collaborating with customers and other developers to support enterprise goals. The position is located at a client site in Reston, VA, with a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities

Leads development efforts to assess and document current and target state high level existing processes and functional needs across the enterprise.
Works with customers and other enterprise developers to formulate policies and plans that support enterprise goals.
Implements efficient end-to-end processes and leverages existing IT assets.
Aligns strategic goals and objectives with key business and IT initiatives.
Develops an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, industry standard techniques, and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in DevOps or application development roles.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and UrbanCode Deploy (UCD).
Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform and scripting with Python, Shell, and YAML.
Familiarity with artifact management tools like JFrog Artifactory and Maven.
Experience with version control systems including Bitbucket and GitLab.
Solid grasp of Pipeline as Code concepts and implementation.
Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the development and deployment pipeline.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate, etc.) are highly desirable.

Nice to Have

Experience with Amazon CloudFront.
Knowledge of DevOps practices.
Experience with GitLab and Jenkins tools.
Familiarity with Terraform.
