AWS Sr. Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client developers, managers, and offshore teams to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
• Articulate problems and solutions clearly during stand-up calls and team meetings.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of AWS infrastructure solutions, including account vending and automation management using Account Factory for Terraform (AFT).
• Support AWS to AWS migration projects from CloudFormation environments to Terraform-managed environments.
• Participate in building centralized network infrastructure on AWS, including services like Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and VPCs.
• Implement and maintain network security principles such as least privilege security groups and NACLs.

Requirements

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional (SA Pro) certification and AWS Network Specialty certification.
• Advanced understanding of centralized networking with at least 4 years of experience.
• Must understand Account Factory for Terraform (AFT) imports with at least 4 years of experience.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with GIT and Terraform (4 years).
• Experience building with AFT accounts and customizing account vending and automation management (4 years).
• Experience migrating environments from CloudFormation to Terraform (4 years).

Nice to Have

• Experience building centralized network infrastructure on AWS, including Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and VPC.
• Knowledge of network security principles such as least privilege security groups and NACLs.
• Understanding of least privilege IAM and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).

Qualifications

• Certifications: AWS SA Pro and AWS Network Specialty.
