About the Role

The CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) Lead is a contract position based in Phoenix, AZ, requiring onsite presence from Day 1. The role involves architecting, designing, and developing solutions for customer journey and marketing analytics within the payment card industry. The candidate will support as an SME, support knowledge up-gradation, and work with new technologies to ensure solutions meet quality standards and client requirements. The role also includes training and developing team members, gathering specifications, delivering solutions, and reviewing project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

To architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery through the team.
To support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and client requirements.
To train and develop team members to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower in the relevant technology and mitigate delivery risks.
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
To review project deliverables.
To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices on specific technology or product.

Requirements

Overall CJA architecture and solution design for tracking customer journey and marketing analytics.
CJA data connections and data views for both real-time and batch data sets with AEP XDM schema setup.
Adobe data collection (launch) WebSDK implementation, trigger rules, tags, data elements, and data stream setup.
CJA workspace/project dashboard configuration and advanced visualization setup.
JavaScript within Adobe data collection.
Web data layer design and best practices.
Proficiency level 5 in the above skills.
Good to have: AEP APIs for data ingestion.
Good to have: AEP/CJA data exports for external systems like Snowflake or files.
Good to have: Adobe analytics and mapping of Adobe analytics variables to CJA.
Good to have: Data migration from Adobe analytics or cloud database to AEP data lake for CJA reports/dashboards.
Good to have: Understanding of techniques like cohort analysis, anomalies, clustering, and other industry techniques for deep customer insights.

Nice to Have
