About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management functions across teams to streamline reporting and integrate analytic tools such as Media Mix Modeling, Last Touch Attribution, and Multi Touch Attribution into existing media decision-making frameworks.
• Conduct investigative analytics, targeting & segmentation, measurement, and reporting to provide actionable insights that optimize media investments and enhance digital channel experiences.
• Build robust reporting and insights to understand the impact of media investments on conversions and assets, and use this data to optimize future investments.
• Expand and improve digital media acquisition analytics with a disciplined Test & Learn approach, providing personalized experiences based on audience insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and develop new opportunities and use-cases for data and analytics in business decision-making.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to identify patterns, correlations, and trends.
• Set up and conduct large-scale experiments to test hypotheses across media channels such as Digital Display and Paid Search.
• Analyze click-stream data to understand digital client journeys and profiles, making recommendations to increase usage and relevance of digital channels.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Statistics preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services related to data, analytics, or a similar function.
• At least 2 years of experience working with web analytics tools and raw data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
• Familiarity with visualization techniques and software.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Media Mix Modeling, Attribution modeling, and digital marketing analytics.
• Experience in conducting large-scale experiments and analyzing click-stream data.

Qualifications
