About the Role

In the Consulting Services Manager role at TransUnion, you'll lead multi-million dollar customer engagements, organize internal teams, and develop trusted, profitable relationships with clients. You'll work with top marketing leadership across various industries to deliver ongoing value through data-driven decision making, focusing on the intersection of big data, marketing, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management on multi-million dollar engagements, organizing internal teams and developing trusted client relationships.
  • Diagnose business needs, translate them into analytical questions, and architect data solutions from multiple sources.
  • Help clients understand their data and its relation to their business objectives.
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses such as data investigations, UI analyses, and data model assessments to provide insights.
  • Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
  • Translate analytics into the stakeholder's language, tell stories to simplify complex ideas, and translate findings into measurable, data-driven actions.
  • Establish a vision, frame key issues, set strategies, and influence key client executives and stakeholders for change management.
  • Mentor team members for growth and development.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of Marketing Solutions products, balancing client satisfaction, timing, and budget targets.
  • Develop project scopes, plans, risk mitigation strategies, and manage daily implementation following project management best practices.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience in analytics, strategy consulting, and/or marketing consulting.
  • At least 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
  • Client-facing experience is required.
  • Exceptional data, analytics, and quantitative skills with knowledge of marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, customer segmentation, identity management, or data management platforms.
  • Advanced technical (Master's) degree in Statistics, Data, or Analytics (or equivalent).
  • Significant presentation experience with client audiences explaining data and marketing optimization.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to build relationships with senior Fortune 100 executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with predictive analytics.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data, or Analytics (or equivalent).
