About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Building, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across complex cloud infrastructure environments, including AWS (EKS, EC2, ALB, Route53, S3, RDS, IAM) and Kubernetes clusters.
• Implementing cloud architecture and security best practices to enhance system reliability, performance, and compliance.
• Automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows using Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes manifests.
• Enhancing system observability and monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Fluent Bit, and the ELK stack.

Requirements

• Strong experience with cloud services, especially AWS, and hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes administration.
• Proficiency in IaC and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Familiarity with monitoring and log aggregation tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Fluent Bit.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative and mentoring mindset.
• U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and those authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer will be considered.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Plume Open Sync Cloud software.
• Knowledge of Cellular Backup (CBU).
• Understanding of cloud security best practices, including AWS IAM policies, networking (VPC, Security Groups, NACLs), and container security.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles.
