Cloud Full Stack Engineer, Senior

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building, testing, and maintaining infrastructure and tools for software development and release.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure infrastructure requirements are met.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
• Work without considerable direction, mentor team members, and may supervise others.

Requirements

• Experience with Containerization technologies, micro-service network architecture, and CI/CD tools, including Gitlab.
• Experience with cloud concepts, such as S3 and Lambda.
• Experience with application migration in hybrid Cloud environments and disconnected environments.
• Experience with writing automated provisioning scripts, Linux and Windows automation scripts.
• Experience with coding in front-end frameworks and languages, such as React, Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with coding in back-end frameworks and languages, such as Python or Django.
• Experience developing or interacting with APIs or automation scripts to interact with existing APIs.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain IAT level 2 Certification, such as CCNA, CySA+, CND, or Security+ before start date.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and working with Agile teams using collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Discourse.
• Experience in working with CM tools, including Gitlab, Git-centric, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with managing, administrating, configuring, deploying, and maintaining environments and system integration tools, including Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, Helm, and Ceph.
• Experience with administrating storage and networking environments, analyzing network and bandwidth requirements, and conducting requirement analysis, system availability, and risk assessment.
• Experience with using Rancher to manage Kubernetes clusters and Kubernetes-hosted applications.
• Experience with managing and deploying Cloud and Cloud Native applications, technologies, and networks in an air gapped environment.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to obtain IAT level 2 Certification, such as CCNA, CySA+, CND, or Security+.
