Community Relations Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and understanding the landscape of influencers and community partners in your respective market.
• Prospecting and cold calling to local businesses in your assigned territory, such as Senior Buildings, Libraries, Churches, Senior Groups, etc.
• Impacting patient acquisition and lead generation targets for each center by leveraging community relationships to engage Medicare eligible adults.
• Working with local leaders to identify opportunities to expand and develop new channels of patient growth.
• Collaborating with the Regional Partnership Manager to build and maintain relationships with Insurance Agents.
• Building and nurturing relationships with local leaders to create long-term alliances that positively impact the communities served.
• Acting as the point of contact for the Outreach Team and community partners for cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders, reviewing weekly KPIs, updates on initiatives, and center updates.
• Overseeing cross-collaboration initiatives and reviewing success metrics such as lead generation and patient growth.
• Developing and managing a 6+ week calendar of community events, coordinating all event details internally and externally.
• Communicating event objectives, strategies, and expectations with relevant leadership.
• Generating field account engagement through proactive outreach with local leaders.
• Maintaining knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings.
• Planning lead generation and community engagement activities at least 2 weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account or community engagement.
• Comfort with cold calling and prospecting in a business-to-business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to work proactively to generate new growth opportunities.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities served (where necessary).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• US work authorization.
• Comfort with daily accountability on key metrics such as account touchpoints, events scheduled, leads generated, and new patients added.

• Knowledge of local community resources and networks.
