The role of the Consulting Solutions Architect (CSA) is to provide a business-focused approach and high-touch engagement with high-profile enterprise accounts in the NYC area, evangelizing Presidio's product offerings and vendor technologies, uncovering new opportunities, and supporting sales and services teams with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Has a full understanding of the customer business model, strategy, and objectives.
Establish bi-weekly or monthly account review sessions with account managers.
Gain the trust of assigned accounts through technical relationship building, integrity, and professionalism.
Message Presidio's portfolio of offerings, capabilities, and solutions to clients.
Drive services and product sales across all areas through knowledge or subject matter experts.
Provide strategic consulting and advice to primary clients.
Be the technical lead on all multi-practice engagements.
Provide thought leadership to clients as they operate and transform their businesses.
Update SFDC with relevant account information and activity.
Engage proactively with assigned accounts, including initiating strategic meetings.
Support clients, sales, pre-sales, and services teams with technical and services knowledge.
Travel up to 25% within the NYC region, including same-day travel and minimal overnight stays.

Requirements

Self motivated with excellent communication skills and public speaking ability.
Thorough understanding of Networking Architecture, Cloud Networking, and Network Automation.
Thorough understanding of Data Center Software Defined Architecture.
Thorough understanding of Collaboration Systems and Architecture.
Thorough understanding of Security Frameworks and their applicable use cases.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
7+ years of overall relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Enterprise Architecture Design, or as a technology executive.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/ML understanding.
Knowledge of Observability.
Experience with Cloud Hyper-Scaler technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
7+ years of overall relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Enterprise Architecture Design, or as a technology executive.
