About the Role

The Consumer Experience Data Analyst will be an integral part of the Corporate Services Consumer Experience team within AdventHealth. In this role, you will analyze data inputs, research consumer friction points, and deliver insights to support solutions that enhance the overall consumer experience. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including technology, design, operations, analytics, and executive leadership to develop and influence product solutions and consumer initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand, analyze, and interpret a variety of data inputs and research related to key consumer promise and initiatives.
  • Translate product vision into detailed product requirements such as user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the execution of creative assets supports strategic initiatives and vision.
  • Use analytical and quantitative skills to support assumptions, product requirements, and solutions with hard data and metrics.
  • Collaborate proactively with impacted areas within the AdventHealth ecosystem to integrate new capabilities and improvements.
  • Test and validate the accuracy of all work products thoroughly.
  • Participate in cross-functional consumer project meetings to drive priority decisions and resolve roadblocks.
  • Support multiple consumer teams to ensure understanding of project scope.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and mystery shops to address consumer pain points and performance gaps.
  • Research and synthesize consumer insights to develop communications for senior audiences.
  • Summarize and present research findings clearly using digestible language and visuals.
  • Organize agendas and action items from meetings with diverse participants and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or similar role, including at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong project leadership abilities.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills for research summaries and product models.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve complex critical issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships.
  • Experience communicating with third-party vendors and external technology services.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and synthesize multiple inputs into effective actions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or consumer experience analysis.
  • Knowledge of product development and technology solutions.
