About the Role

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time Experience Specialists! In this role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. The position involves engaging customers with Meta's latest gadgets, building trust, and contributing to a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Become a Meta Master by diving into the world of Meta's products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories.
Engage customers and demonstrate the latest Meta gadgets, showcasing how they can enhance various aspects of life such as fitness, gaming, and entertainment.
Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and confidently recommending the appropriate Meta products.
Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and warmly, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
Maintain Meta displays by keeping them clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring effective showcasing of devices and promotions.
Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive work environment.
Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically, submitting daily reports via mobile device.
Work scheduled during high-traffic times, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday shifts), weekdays, and holidays.

Requirements

Passion for gaming and interest in AV and VR products.
Ability to promote Android devices and related products effectively within retail locations.
Skill in building and maintaining relationships with mobile carriers and retail partners.
Providing exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and service.
Maximizing product placement and in-store presence to boost brand visibility.
Serving as a trusted advisor by educating customers and retail staff on Android features and benefits.
Implementing and adapting sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
Tracking and analyzing sales data, providing reports, and identifying improvement areas.
Providing training to retail staff on the Android OS platform.
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
