The Product Content Marketing team at Fanatics spans all areas of product content creation, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience to fans through high-quality product information and imagery. The team is composed of skilled imagers, stylists, writers, data aficionados, content editors, and quality control enthusiasts, working in a fun, collaborative environment for fans, by fans.

Key Responsibilities

Review all AI-generated and written content for accuracy and readability, ensuring it matches site tone and branding.
Create engaging product titles, details, and descriptions that align with site tone and branding.
Complete product approvals efficiently and coach team members through edits.
Identify and resolve product issues.
Package and upload images to the site.
Shift priorities as needed and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure all product details are accurate and complete.
Coordinate with other teams to meet goals and manage and track progress on assigned tasks using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, and Service-Now.

Requirements

1-3 years' experience writing or editing.
Hold a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to identify quality imaging.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle high work volumes and juggle multiple workflows.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
Ability to work overtime during peak season.
Physical ability to move around z-racks and lift totes of product weighing 25+ lbs.
Ability to perform frequent movements such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling.

Nice to Have

Basic understanding of a production studio.
