About the Role

The Questionnaires Team within Client Operations is seeking a Content Management Analyst to define and optimize the Loopio library structure, maintain content accessibility and quality, collaborate with subject matter experts, review content, and manage templating of recurring deliverables. This role involves working in a hybrid environment in Boston, MA, with a focus on content management within the investment or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance the structure and organization of the Loopio database to ensure content accessibility and consistency across responses
  • Conduct ongoing content reviews to identify outdated or inaccurate entries, ensuring all materials meet compliance and quality standards
  • Design and manage templates for recurring information requests to promote efficiency and consistency
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather, refine, and validate RFI content, ensuring it is current, accurate, and clearly articulated
  • Work across teams to manage multiple content-related assignments under strict and competing deadlines
  • Identify and implement best practices for content management, version control, and response workflows

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of content management systems, specifically Loopio
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines under pressure

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant content management experience within the investment industry or financial services sector
