Key Responsibilities

  • Write or edit channelspecific copy-social posts, ad headlines, email sequences-andbrief designers on creative that maximizes clickthrough and engagement.
  • Maintain a library of evergreen assets, templates, and content snippets ready for rapiddeployment.
  • Drive subscriptions, followers, and newsletter signups by promoting stories through paidsocial, syndication, and strategic boosts.
  • Activate executive and employee advocacy programs to amplify priority content andspark organic sharing.
  • Build and update audience profiles using first and thirdparty data to understand needs,interests, and preferred channels.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content formats and distributiontactics.
  • Create quarterly amplification plans that align with editorial priorities and campaigncalendars-defining objectives, budgets, and KPIs that ladder to pipeline targets.
  • Select and optimize channel mix across paid social, SEM, display, email, andsyndication.
  • Liaise closely with the Global Campaigns team to coordinate launches and ensureamplification converts generated attention into qualified engagement.
  • Deliver postcampaign readouts and recommend optimizations.
  • Operate Box's primary organic channels (newsroom, blog, LinkedIn, X, YouTube,newsletters), tuning cadence, SEO, and UX to grow reach and repeat engagement.
  • Pilot emerging platforms that reach highvalue segments.
  • Develop playbooks and office hours that upskill regional teams on amplification bestpractices.
  • Ensure all distributed assets meet brand, legal, and accessibility standards.
  • Own distribution analytics, reporting weekly on reach, engagement, costperresult, andpipeline influence.
  • Run A/B tests and iterate creative, targeting, and spend for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, paid media, or audience development-ideally within ahighgrowth B2B tech or media brand.
  • Proven track record of building multichannel programs that generate awareness anddrive pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with social ad platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X), Google Ads,marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills-able to distill value props in tight character counts.
  • Strong projectmanagement and stakeholderalignment capability.
  • Datafluency: can interpret dashboards and turn insights into action.

Nice to Have

  • Experience amplifying editorial content (newsroom, blog, research) vs. onlydemandgen.
  • Familiarity with employeeadvocacy platforms (e.g., Bambu, EveryoneSocial).
  • Certification in Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, tagging, and schema to boost discoverability.
  • Track record piloting new social platforms.
