About the Role

Ridgeline is looking for a driven Content Marketer to join a nimble Marketing team at a rapidly growing fintech company. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our brand's narrative through a range of digital channels and content assets. Your refined skills in content creation, project management, and corporate marketing will support internal and external brand strategies and help the Go-to-Market team deliver on its ambitious goals. Ridgeline is an industry cloud platform for investment management, founded by Dave Duffield, focused on innovation, security, and usability, with offices in Reno, New York, Lake Tahoe, and the Bay Area. Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly gain fluency in a highly-technical product and develop marketing strategies that will resonate with a defined audience of financial professionals
  • Create compelling and high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites
  • Manage the website content strategy, including curating assets, merchandising, and creating an engaging and educational experience for visitors
  • Partner across the team to support Ridgeline's social media strategy on multiple platforms
  • Strengthen relationships with SEO, AEO, and digital agencies
  • Manage the planning and cross-team coordination for complex projects, including scope, timelines, resourcing, and performance
  • Support internal and external communication strategies to drive employee engagement, customer loyalty, and brand awareness
  • Create and manage strategies on how to deploy long- and short-form content across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to provide creative direction and ensure brand consistency and compliance
  • Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B, fintech, and/or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of creating long-form, multi-channel content strategies, including activations at events, on social and digital platforms
  • Experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and content strategy
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
  • Design ability and experience creating visual assets that help tell a story
  • Familiarity with a range of martech platforms, including creative tools, CRM systems, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Figma, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ChatGPT)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • An aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Serious interest in having fun at work
