Content Marketing Senior Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development of content strategies across business units and campaigns.
• Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, and web copy.
• Serve as an outstanding writer, consistent with the company's tone and mission.
• Acquire a detailed understanding of customers and address their difficulties and decision-making reasons to build resonant content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer challenges to build an effective editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with Market Development, Product Management, and Regional Commercial leads to develop content roadmaps aligned with business priorities, campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Understand bioprocessing applications and ask thoughtful questions to strengthen messaging and identify areas for development.
• Encourage team members to adopt better content creation practices through testing new formats and channels, including data visualization.
• Source and leverage critical metrics to advise content strategy and be a thought partner in marketing strategies.
• Partner with Market Development to craft impactful, multichannel nurture programs.
• Work with other Content leaders to implement standard processes.
• Continuously measure and improve content performance; build reports using data and digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in Content Marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience in content marketing with a proven track record of impactful content creation.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills, with experience across diverse formats and audiences.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with SEO tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred), MBA (plus).
• 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing with leadership roles.

• Estimated salary range of $130,000.00-$194,950.00 based in Massachusetts, with potential for variable annual bonus.
