Key Responsibilities

Review and edit contract content for grammar, punctuation, style, and consistency to ensure a polished and professional final product.
Ensure that all contract documents comply with client requirements, guidelines, and formatting standards.
Collaborate with proposal managers and subject matter experts to refine content, enhance clarity, and effectively communicate key messages and value propositions.
Manage multiple editing tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in editing and proofreading, preferably within a proposal or technical writing environment.
Strong understanding of proposal or contract development processes and familiarity with government and commercial RFPs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience working with government or commercial RFPs.
Knowledge of proposal or contract development processes.
