About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of all customer-facing copy across diverse brand touchpoints, including the website, email, social media, video, and acquisition marketing.
• Ensure every word reflects the brand identity while driving engagement and revenue.
• Manage and mentor a team of copywriters, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity thrives.
• Partner with Brand Strategy, Creative, Product, Merchandising, PR, and Marketing teams to align messaging with business priorities.
• Continuously evolve and refine the brand voice to keep it fresh, relevant, and impactful as the company scales.
• Contribute to the 'why' behind the words—shaping positioning across product launches and masterbrand narrative.
• Utilize performance insights and customer data to iterate on copy and improve KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency across the copy team's workflows.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience working as a copywriter with at least 2+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to showcase an excellent writing voice.
• Strong portfolio with solid writing skills and creative thinking.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of copywriters.
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative, brand, and marketing teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage timelines and deadlines.
• Passion for consumer brands and great creative, with an understanding of social trends.
• Comfortable working in an open office environment while maintaining focus.

Qualifications
