About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit engaging blog copy following best digital marketing practices, including SEO, layout, and keywords.
• Create weekly blogs for customers according to contractual obligations.
• Construct targeted landing pages for clients and the company's website.
• Conduct locally focused keyword and CPC analysis using SEO and PPC tools.
• Work with clients to create written content that highlights their brand, ensuring their satisfaction and approval.
• Create and schedule email blasts for clients on email hosting platforms.
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for clients' websites and social media as needed.
• Research keywords using the latest tools and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, voice talent, and studios on the production of audio messages.
• Conduct research and interviews to create content.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.
• Engage with studio production staff to produce clients' messaging.
• Send final audio files to clients or telecom personnel for loading onto systems.
• Schedule eblasts and upload blogs onto WordPress.
• Follow up with clients to utilize productions through their contract period.
• Troubleshoot and service customers throughout the process.
• Follow up on edits, approvals, and check in with clients regarding written copy.
• Become the company's expert on on-hold messaging and digital marketing copywriting.

Requirements

• Previous copywriting and content writing experience preferred.
• Understanding of persuasive advertising, marketing, social media, and blog material.
• Digital marketing and SEO knowledge, including keyword research and analytics tools.
• Creativity and collaborative spirit.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding written communication skills.
• Strong command of the English language, grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
• Supreme attention to detail.
• Professional phone manner.
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Act, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or Act.
