This position is within the brand creative team and reports directly to the Associate Creative Director. The role requires excellent design, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. The candidate must be adept at working within a collaborative team, efficiently processing input, and applying creative problem-solving techniques to deliver effective solutions while meeting critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute brand level campaigns
Work on print, digital, social, and video materials
Manage multiple projects while simultaneously maintaining design quality
Collaborate with writers on assigned projects
Serve as design lead, as assigned, guiding other design contributors
Ensure brand consistency and maintain design standards
Possess deep knowledge of the businesses, clients and partners supported
Advance creative quality/efficiency through the adoption of tools and technology
Influence others with distinctive creative solutions
Embrace stakeholder input and respond with effective solutions

Requirements

3+ years of design experience in a corporate or agency setting
Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth of creative and design expertise
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with print, digital, social and video creative
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
Located within a commutable distance of Eden Prairie, MN
