About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand and creative projects within the Creative Lab Team for Corporate Marketing.
• Develop project plans, conduct risk analysis, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships effectively.
• Bring order to chaos by creating structure and encouraging creativity in a fluid environment.
• Apply understanding of agile and creative campaign management to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communication to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Experience in budget and resource management.
• Experience using project management tools, with Workfront being a plus.
• Development of project plans and risk analysis and mitigation.
• Stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of marketing experience across various projects, platforms, and channels including digital.
• Experience working in agency/consultancy or in-house studio environments, or with multiple agency partners.
• Ability to work well in a fluid environment, bringing order and structure while fostering creativity.
• Understanding of agile and creative campaign management.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a track record of innovative problem-solving.
• Strong ownership, drive, and resourcefulness to complete tasks efficiently.

• Experience using project management tools, Workfront a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Required).
• 8 years of marketing experience (Required).
• 3 years of in-house studio experience (Required).
• 1 year of agency/consultant experience (Required).
