The Analyst, Prospect Acquisition Creative Strategy will support the design and development of Paid Media creative across display, social, audio and video, focusing on the support and execution of creative campaigns within the digital commerce segment for US SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with agencies to drive our creative campaign forward, including briefing, concept exploration, territory refinement, compliance reviews, and legal approvals
  • Oversee marketing and operations to deliver creative campaigns in a timely manner
  • Support B35 in delivering video creative, including project management, concept development, legal approvals, and agency communication
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders for creative execution and approvals such as legal, product, and brand teams
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and assessing new channels, tactics, and creative opportunities to further growth
  • Leverage test-and-learn and brand lift studies to optimize creative within campaigns
  • Develop an understanding of small business needs to ensure experiences are customer-centric

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a background in creative or advertising
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workflows (project management)
  • Experience in bringing insights to inform creative strategy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships to create solutions
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm into your work with a positive attitude
  • Strong communicator
