Marvell's Custom Cloud Solutions Group leads in silicon innovation for cloud-scale infrastructure, partnering with hyperscalers and industry leaders to deliver custom solutions that power next-generation data centers. As a Senior Distinguished Custom Solutions Architect, you will provide deep technical leadership, collaborate with strategic customers, and shape Marvell's silicon roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the architectural thought leader across multiple custom ASIC programs and influence key technical decisions.
  • Work directly with leading cloud and data center customers to define next-generation architectures and drive collaborative innovation.
  • Architect solutions involving on-chip interconnects, chiplet integration, memory subsystems, and high-performance IO interfaces.
  • Lead the integration of complex multi-die systems using 2.5D and 3D packaging technologies.
  • Influence Marvell's custom silicon roadmap and internal IP strategy to align with future customer and market needs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of technical leadership in designing custom ASICs or SoCs for high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, or networking applications.
  • Deep understanding of memory architectures, high-speed IOs, interconnect fabrics, and advanced packaging technologies.
  • Ability to drive customer-centric co-design engagements, with experience working directly with hyperscalers or large OEMs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage across internal engineering, product, and executive teams.
  • Strategic mindset to help define long-term architectural and business direction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 19+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 17+ years of experience OR PhD with 12-15 years of experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with hyperscalers or large OEMs on custom silicon solutions.
  • Expertise in advanced packaging technologies such as 2.5D and 3D integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 19+ years of experience
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 17+ years of experience
  • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 12-15 years of experience
