Key Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class customer experience for new and existing customers engaging with the Customer Innovation Centers, including OpenBlue Innovation Center and Warren Johnson Engineering Lab.
Execute all operational and analytical aspects of the Milwaukee Innovation Centers, including customer visits, tours, meetings, events, processes, procedures, systems, tools, sales impact metrics, measurement, and utilization of the program.
Enhance the existing program with dynamic customer experiences, leading-edge technology, professionally produced content, and increased event frequency.
Serve as a key contact for service providers supporting the OpenBlue Innovation Center, including facilities, catering, AV support, PC support, and content providers.
Project manage ongoing facility and infrastructure improvements and repairs.
Lead and deliver customer visits and events through planning, execution, and post-event stages.
Qualify customer visits with sales and executive leadership, coordinate tactical components of briefings, and participate in execution.
Work with Marketing, Sales, and Global Creative teams to develop quality content for executive briefings.
Ensure visibility into outcomes delivered through the OBIC customer briefing program, including sales impact, relationship/retention benefits, portfolio expansion, and sales cycle time reduction.
Support initiatives to integrate systems and processes for better automation and data integrity.
Support the development of the Global Customer Visit program and promote awareness and utilization of Innovation Centers.
Assist with special events, trade shows, and symposiums, including planning and on-the-ground implementation.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Regional/Market Management teams to deliver results.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years related experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical skills and ability to organize data effectively.
