About the Role

The Customer Project Documentation Coordinator is responsible for compiling drawings, literature, and supporting documentation to include in Submittal Packages, Record Drawings, and Operation and Maintenance Manuals. The role involves reviewing content and layout requirements to ensure compliance, communicating exceptions, and delivering completed documents via SharePoint, customer platforms, or printed copies. The position requires establishing effective working relationships with the project management team to complete requests on time, following standardized processes to ensure accuracy and consistency, and identifying process improvements. The role supports the company's commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and ethical standards within a global organization dedicated to innovation and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile drawings, literature, and supporting documentation for various project documentation packages.
  • Review content and layout requirements to ensure compliance or communicate exceptions with requestors.
  • Deliver completed documents via SharePoint, customer platforms, or printed copies.
  • Establish working relationships with the project management team to collaborate and complete requests on time.
  • Follow standardized processes to assure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Work individually to achieve tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Manage documentation requests from a request queue and support enhancement projects through teamwork.
