About the Role

The Data Analyst Graduate role at TikTok is part of the Global E-commerce Governance and Experience Data Science and Analytics team. The team aims to build a safe and trustworthy marketplace by ensuring quality, eliminating malicious sellers, maintaining policy compliance, and providing a seamless shopping experience for users. The position involves working on policies, rules, products, and systems to create an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Set up the metrics to measure governance and experience (GNE) operation activities, including management of risk, fraud, and abuse, as well as experiences from sellers, customers, and creators.
Responsible for justifying GNE business value in a scientific way, working closely with business teams to determine short-term and long-term goals.
Monitor key metric changes, analyze the reasons behind them, and provide insights to business partners with timely responses.
Generate insights and data solutions proactively to help business achieve its goals and make an impact through data analysis.

Requirements

Recently or currently enrolled in a BS/MS program with a graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026.
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong communication skills for presenting analysis results.
Experience with data tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or Tableau Prep, and Jupyter Notebooks.
Familiarity with SQL-based environments and big data platforms like Hive or Spark.
Product Analytics, Statistics, and Experimentation expertise.

Nice to Have

E-commerce or online marketplace trust & safety experience is strongly preferred.
Proactive, self-driven, and impact-driven personality.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Educational background in a BS/MS program with expected graduation between December 2025 and December 2026.
