Key Responsibilities
- Identifies, collects, analyzes, and maintains data to evaluate strategic business decisions.
- Compiles information in an insightful manner to improve outcomes and lower costs.
- Supports projects and performance improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Applies knowledge of data, data structures, and analytical tools to research, identify trends, expenditures, and resource utilization.
- Identifies opportunities and provides actionable data and reports.
- Performs evaluations of performance improvement initiatives.
- Provides periodic reports to internal and external parties in support of quality and outcomes initiatives.
- Collaborates with senior management to develop and analyze meaningful outcomes reporting to improve and innovate care.
- Creates summary reports of key performance improvement activities, outcomes, and trends for appropriate committees.
- Supports clinical, pharma, and payer programs and their related data exchanges.
- Ensures programs do not create unnecessary data collection burden to the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2 years of related experience.
- Proficient with partner programs such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environments while under pressure in a calm manner.
- Ability to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative relationships with all team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare operations and systems.
- Experience supporting clinical, pharma, and payer programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
- 2 years of related experience
