About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement, governance, and generating value-add for Advanced Analytics Research and Development's internal and external data.
• Develop reports on trending performance, program ROI evaluations, research design of program efficacy, and identifying business opportunities.
• Maintain an understanding of programs and lead direct reports in efforts to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in Analytics. Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact.
• Develop analytic solutions.
• Leverage data science and technology capabilities.
• Embed analytics-driven processes.
• Operationalize and measure impact.
• Support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
• Manage the development and execution of architectures, policies, practices and procedures to manage the information lifecycle needs of the organization.
• Examine data with the purpose of drawing conclusions about that information.
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Utilize in-depth professional knowledge, functional practices, and well-defined management precedents.
• Supervise two (2) Business Analytics Lead Analysts.

Requirements

• Master's or foreign equivalent degree in pharmaceutical science, mathematics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related field, or a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in these fields plus three years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Knowledge or experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Experience with predictive modeling, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, survey design.
• Proficiency in SAS, SPSS, SQL, Data Robot, Tableau.
• Qualifying knowledge or experience may be acquired during graduate-level academic studies in relevant fields.
• Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working remotely.

Qualifications

• Educational background in pharmaceutical science, mathematics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare analytics.
