About the Role

The Jackson Internship Program is practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career, and personal development while helping Jackson identify well-trained and talented individuals. The program provides students with an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development, and have enjoyable and meaningful work assignments. The Summer 2026 internship is an eight-week, in-person program starting June 1 and ending July 24, requiring a commitment to this time frame. Interns will work 40 hours a week during business hours and will gain real-world experience, networking opportunities, exposure to senior leaders, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data to support the Distribution Intelligence team in maintaining and building reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned projects.
  • Use various Microsoft suite programs like Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI, along with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Create and analyze reports highlighting performance and opportunities for multiple departments.
  • Distribute work outputs to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong initiative.
  • Must be an undergraduate student, a rising junior or senior (2025-2026 Sophomore or Junior).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Experience in data analysis or reporting.
