Sr. Strategy & Business Analytics Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Executives, market leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement tactical and strategic initiatives aimed at improving sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain robust data analytics and reporting capabilities to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership through regular reports and presentations including monthly and quarterly business unit reviews.
• Identify areas for improvement in sales effectiveness, conversion rates, and customer acquisition trends, and support identification of new verticals for expansion.
• Provide actionable insights to support the success of the commercial bank by analyzing financial, operational, and market data.
• Own the commercial components of the CRM including process design delivery, dashboards, and reporting.
• Maintain data and records for market analysis, competitive information, pricing, capacity modeling, and other sales effectiveness metrics.
• Analyze market segmentation, identify target customer opportunities.
• Work with HR to provide accurate reporting to drive compensation payouts and compensation plan design.
• Provide ongoing support for Business Case development and post-implementation review.
• Work with Commercial Lines of Businesses to create KPIs and Metrics that Matter to the Team.
• Support the development and documentation for line of businesses strategic plans.
• Lead opportunities related to automation and data-driven decision making by working with risk, strategy, IT, and others to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor the financial impact of strategies, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Navigate Microsoft Office and department-specific software to maximize technology tools and efficiency.
• Work as part of a team and with on-site equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• 6-8 years of Commercial Banking experience.
• 6-8 years of Analytics and Reporting experience.
• 6-8 years of Budgeting and Forecasting experience.
• Ability to work remotely or onsite within 40 miles of specified locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and department-specific applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with capacity modeling, pricing models, and KPI measurement.
• Experience in sales effectiveness, market analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Knowledge of automation and data-driven decision-making tools.

Qualifications

• Educational background in accounting, finance, or related field.
