About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support People Development initiatives through data analysis and insights.
• Drive business insights and inform decision-making using data visualization and storytelling.
• Manage and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions, conduct research, and apply best practices to drive business impact.
• Support measurement strategies, analytics, change management, and organizational effectiveness challenges using data analytics.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and expectations, support needs, and scope requests through effective intake and questioning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a strategic analytics development role.
• Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Understanding of data visualization principles.
• Experience communicating technical results to diverse audiences across all levels of an organization.
• Experience handling sensitive data, exercising judgment and discretion.
• Experience with survey analysis, data management, and understanding of data structures.
• Experience with measurement strategies, analytics, change management, design-thinking, program and project management.
• Experience managing stakeholder requirements, supporting needs, and scoping requests.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in a field emphasizing data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent work experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners and solution architects, to drive business outcomes.
• Experience tackling complex talent development and organizational effectiveness challenges using data analytics.
• Experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions, conducting research, and applying best practices.

• Experience applying analytics and research methods to inform talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational performance.
