Data & Reporting Analyst - (Google Analytics 360, BigQuery, Looker)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage data collection with GA360/GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and Looker
• Monitor data quality; troubleshoot tagging and reporting issues
• Build and maintain dashboards and usage/cost reports
• Manage user access and role governance
• Track usage against budget caps and provide regular updates
• Document schemas, tagging standards, and dashboard inventory
• Train users on dashboards, queries, and reporting practices
• Support accessibility, privacy, and data governance standards

Requirements

• 3+ years with GA360/GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Looker
• Strong SQL for BigQuery; comfortable with joins, windows, and performance tuning
• Experience with data governance and access management
• Proven dashboard/report building and maintenance
• Clear documentation and communication skills
• Experience monitoring cloud analytics costs is a plus

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with automated tag auditing and alerting tools
• Experience training non-technical users
• Knowledge of enterprise security and accessibility standards
