Data & Reporting Analyst - (Google Analytics 360, BigQuery, Looker)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage data collection with GA360/GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Monitor data quality; troubleshoot tagging and reporting issues.
• Build and maintain dashboards and usage/cost reports.
• Manage user access and role governance.
• Track usage against budget caps and provide regular updates.
• Document schemas, tagging standards, and dashboard inventory.
• Train users on dashboards, queries, and reporting practices.
• Support accessibility, privacy, and data governance standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years with GA360/GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Looker.
• Strong SQL for BigQuery; comfortable with joins, windows, and performance tuning.
• Experience with data governance and access management.
• Proven dashboard/report building and maintenance.
• Clear documentation and communication skills.
• Experience monitoring cloud analytics costs is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with automated tag auditing and alerting tools.
• Experience training non-technical users.
• Knowledge of enterprise security and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with website activity analysis.
• Knowledge of website traffic tracking.
