About the Role

The Data Operations Lead is responsible for managing scalable data architecture and cloud operations, with expertise in AWS and Snowflake. The role involves overseeing data governance, security, modeling, and cross-functional leadership to ensure efficient data processes and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage scalable data architecture and cloud operations using AWS and Snowflake.
Implement and oversee data governance and security measures, including IAM, KMS, and Data Masking.
Develop and maintain data models such as Star and Snowflake schemas.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and efficient operations.
Utilize tools like Python, SQL, PySpark, Airflow, DBT, and Jenkins for ETL, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

Expertise in AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, and Redshift.
Proficiency in Snowflake, including Snowpipe, Streams, and Iceberg.
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
Experience with ETL, orchestration, and CI/CD tools such as Airflow, DBT, and Jenkins.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and data modeling techniques.
