About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions, including fine-tuning large language models and deploying models to production.
• Identify the 'right' problem and design 'optimum' solutions using best practices.
• Work in alignment with data strategies at various clients, utilizing multiple technologies and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of education.
• At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with GenAI / Agentic AI and data science with machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience deploying Gen AI applications with frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen or Crew AI.
• Experience deploying Gen AI stack/services on platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM Watson.
• Experience working with multiple Large Language Models and implementing Advanced RAG solutions.
• Experience processing/ingesting unstructured data from PDFs, HTML, images, audio to text.
• Experience with Hybrid Retrieval, Semantic Chunking, Metadata Filtering, and Vector Search Optimization.
• Experience with Advanced LLM concepts like Prompt Compression, Fine-Tuning, Caching.
• Experience working with multimodal models integrating image, text, or audio into GenAI workflows.
• Experience working with Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Model evaluation tools like DeepEval, FMeval, RAGAS, Bedrock, including human-in-the-loop feedback.
• Experience with LLMOps practices including prompt versioning, caching, observability, and production deployment.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, model safety, and enterprise compliance.
• Experience with data gathering, data quality, system/microservices architecture, and coding best practices.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
• Willingness to travel and coordinate with offshore teams.

Nice to Have

• 4 years of hands-on experience with more than one programming language such as R, Scala, Java, SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Terraform.
• Proficiency in NoSQL and SQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, DynamoDB.
• Deep Learning experience with CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs and current research trends.
• Experience with Python AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain.
• Experience in fine-tuning and deploying open-source models locally.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with perception (computer vision), time series data analysis.
• Big Data experience with HDFS, Hive, Spark, Scala.
• Data visualization skills with tools like Tableau, and query languages like SQL, Hive.
• Good applied statistics skills such as distributions, statistical testing, regression.
• Exposure to Front-End / Full-Stack technologies like React, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, GraphQL, Event-Driven architectures.
