About the Role

The Delivery Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end creation, management, and delivery of marketing assets across all marketing channels. This role oversees project management, creative, design, and content teams to ensure the timely, high-quality execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The Manager will collaborate closely with channel strategists to align creative outputs with business goals, ensuring that all marketing assets are optimized for impact, brand consistency, and scalability. This role demands the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, confidently navigate uncertainty, and actively lead change management efforts within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of project managers, designers, writers, content strategists, and content managers.
  • Foster collaboration and efficiency across teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide consultative approach to problem solving and overall operational excellence.
  • Align workflows across the different cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Provide oversight across all projects in flight.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, leading to strong partnerships.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of creative and content assets for all marketing channels (digital, social, web, email, paid media, etc.).
  • Partner closely with channel strategists to translate campaign goals into actionable creative and content deliverables.
  • Establish and manage timelines, workflows, and processes that drive on-time, on-brand execution.
  • Implement best-in-class project management methodologies to ensure clarity, accountability, and efficiency across campaigns.
  • Optimize resource allocation, balancing workload across internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Ensure quality control across all deliverables, maintaining brand standards and voice.
  • Champion internal best practices while looking for innovation.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring creative and content align to business priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to plan and prioritize upcoming initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset performance and streamline delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative services, or integrated campaign delivery.
  • At least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams (project management, creative, and content).
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels and how assets support campaign performance.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience implementing scalable processes, workflows, and tools for creative and content operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
