Delivery Senior Specialist - Project Management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the project implementation, managing timelines and scope, and coordinating internal and external activities.
• Review risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure relevant reporting to line organization.
• Represent and communicate customer business needs with internal stakeholders.
• Support other team members involved in the implementation.
• Assist with necessary steps of production cutover.
• Contribute to decisions related to implementation activities, anticipating dependencies and outcomes in complex scenarios.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience and support junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management, ideally including work with an airline.
• Familiarity with Network Planning & Scheduling is helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated project and program management skills with the ability to move projects forward.

• Experience working specifically within the airline industry.
• Knowledge of network planning and scheduling processes.
