About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager Visual Design in concept and creative development for complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all campaign components, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and on budget.
• Work directly with the Manager Visual Design and other creative team members to brainstorm innovative ideas appropriate for message, audience, and budget.
• Create and develop a wide range of digital and print projects, including website and microsite design/development, email marketing templates, social media and banner ads, infographics, video, interactive media, and print.
• Adhere to and maintain brand standards, providing quality assurance of creative deliverables and art direction of collateral, campaigns, and photo/video shoots as needed.
• Build and maintain positive rapport with clients, team members, partner agencies, photographers, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs produced, attach final artwork to jobs electronically, and deliver files to production/traffic in a timely manner.
• Monitor and update the status of assigned jobs daily using Creative Management software and communicate progress or delays to leadership or management.
• Manage individual client projects throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability with design software, photography, and web design.
• Strong professional and communication skills.
• Short-form copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of online and offline campaign strategy development.
• Ability and willingness to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate changes and progress effectively to team members and management.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English.
• Related field or combination of education and related experience.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Flash CC and earlier versions.
• Knowledge of audio recording/editing and basic Pro Tools application.
• Ability to create online content targeted for HTML5 web delivery.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Healthcare experience.
• 2 relevant years of experience preferred.
