A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a J2EE Developer. The role involves developing and modifying applications using J2EE technologies, with a focus on service-oriented architecture principles. Key Responsibilities

Develop and modify applications using J2EE technologies such as Core Java, EJB, JDBC, JMS, WebSphere, Servlets, and RAD 7.5.
Apply knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture principles to develop scalable solutions.
Communicate effectively through strong oral and written skills to convey issues, reports, and deliverables.
Design and implement solutions using frameworks like smartGWT, iBATIS, and Castor.
Work with databases, particularly Oracle, to develop and optimize data access and storage.
Implement and work with Web Service technologies such as JaxWS, SOAP, and WSDL.
Utilize asynchronous communication techniques within application systems.
Create UML diagrams and design documentation demonstrating solid object-oriented design and programming skills.
Perform complex programming, debugging, data analysis, and problem resolution within OO application systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of J2EE development experience.
Experience in developing and modifying applications using J2EE technologies.
Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture principles.
Experience with J2EE technologies such as Core Java, EJB, JDBC, JMS, WebSphere, Servlets.
Solid experience with J2EE frameworks like smartGWT, iBATIS, Castor.
Strong database experience with Oracle.
Experience with Web Service technologies such as JaxWS, SOAP, and WSDL.
Familiarity with version control software like ClearCase.
Proficiency with XML processing, JavaScript, and HTML.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with complex programming and debugging.

Nice to Have

Experience with UML diagramming and design documentation.
Familiarity with MS Office and Visio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
2-3 years of J2EE development experience
