DevOps Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in modernizing their IT infrastructures by establishing or provisioning virtual machines and networks using cloud service providers.
• Manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions in collaboration with cloud architects and engineers.
• Develop, deploy, and manage IT infrastructures for crucial server and network components.
• Apply skills within a DevOps framework to automate builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including automation of builds, testing, monitoring, and releases.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions.
• Experience provisioning computer networking, storage, and setting up servers, including virtual machines or networks.
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure.
• Experience writing scripts using tools such as Python, Bash, or Boto3.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
• Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments.
• Master's degree.
• Certifications in security engineering or cyber engineering.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Master's degree (preferred).
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.

• Total compensation includes salary, which ranges from $77,600 to $176,000 annually, depending on various factors.
