DevOps Engineer, Senior

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and secure container platforms to meet client needs and leverage cloud capabilities.
• Develop container management software to solve complex client challenges.
• Support the team by informing strategy and design for containerization processes.
• Recommend resources to help clients manage and securely adopt containers.
• Support the development of critical cloud platforms and improve current container software for seamless orchestration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues with CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure.
• Experience with IaC tools, such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience developing, managing, and securing containers.
• Experience with creating and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes.
• Experience working with application development teams across the software development lifecycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Linux Shell Script.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience with creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
• Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments.
• Master's degree.
